 | Groothoek Kloof Extreme Canyoneering
Forget everything you know about adventure, because this will change your perspective forever. We start
at 2000m and make our way down the Groothoek Canyon to come out two days later on the other side the
mountain range! 12 waterfall abseils, bums slides, pool swims, jumps and some of the most impressive
mountain wilderness scenery you're likely to see. Few have taken the challenge, none have regretted it! |
ABSEILING
Our qualified abseil guides show you what it's all about, give you full instruction, and then over you go!
All necessary gear is provided. No experience is required. You need walking shoes, warm clothes and a bit
of courage... so you can either get there on hind legs (2x4) or all fours (4x4)
"THE LONG DROP"
 | Table Mountain Abseil
Another insane experience of adrenaline and achievement for a 112 metre controlled descent off Cape Town's
Magnificent Table Mountain. This is the highest commercial abseil in the world, off the top of Cape Town's
famous landmark. Step off the top of 1063 metres into pure oblivion and indulge in the world's highest
commercial abseil, surrounded with the privilege of awesome views and the deep blue Atlantic at your feet.
Walk or take the cable way to meet us at the top for this mind-blowing experience. The cost is R300pp and
trips run on booking request. A minimum of 4 people should book before trips are arranged.

 | Kamikaze Canyon
Join us for an action packed day of adventure!! Hiking, kloofing(canyoning), abseiling, rock pools,
waterfalls. This full day activity starts at 07:30am at ANTS. You'll be transported from our offices to
Steenbras River Gorge. Breakfast will be served, and then our hike will begin... through a pristine nature
reserve to the first rock pools, of crystal clear water. Jumps start at 3 metres and gradually get higher,
reaching 22m!! Then 'Thunder Falls' - our 65m waterfall abseil that you'll never forget. This is a must do
while in Cape Town!! The cost is R700 per person including: transport, abseiling equipment, expert guides,
mega breakfast, picnic lunch, a light supper and refreshments. *Please note that all kloofing
(jumping/canyoning) and abseiling activities are completely optional and that there is no pressure for you
to kloof or to abseil. Abseiling is also known as rappelling.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

ANTS has staff who are so comfortable hanging in mid-air that we can solve any of those hard to reach
problems from painting to sign rigging, window cleaning to repair work. If it needs to be done effectively,
safely and affordably: we offer the solutions. |
 | Rigging
Need to hang a cameraman from a cliff, build a hanging bridge across a raging river, make a model float
relaxed above a pool or whatever else your rigging requirements may be, ANTS offers the service and safety
you require. |
| Film Industry Services
Aside from rigging and standby paramedics we can offer a host of other specialist services to the film
industry, such as mountain location finding, safety officers, personnel transport, guiding and high mountain
camps. |
 | Emergency Medical Standby
Need a professional, qualified and registered medic for your event or production. No problem! We also have
rope rescuers, rescue divers and other specialist staff for your peace of mind. |
