| BUSHMEN EXPEDITION - BOTSWANA: |
15 to 17 days
 On the entire Bushmen Expedition one has to be completely self-sufficient due to
the lack of ablution facilities, water and petrol. The expedition starts in Maun where "mokorro"
rides into the Okavango Delta can be arranged. The expedition proceeds to the west side of the
Okavango Panhandle where the Aha Hills, Tsodilo Hills, Drotsky's Caves and the Popa Falls (Caprivi Strip)
will be visited. A ferry at Mohembo takes the vehicles over the Okavango River from where the convoy
travels down the desolate eastern side of the Okavango Panhandle to Moremi Game Reserve. After game
viewing in the Moremi Game Reserve, the convoy returns to Maun where the expedition ends. The terrain
is very sandy and four wheel drive will definitely be required.
