| KAFUE EXPEDITION - BOTSWANA AND ZAMBIA: |
18 to 20 days
 The Kafue Expedition starts in Ellisras. The expedition proceeds to Maun via Nata and then to
Mohembo via the west side of the Okavango Panhandle. At Mohembo the convoy crosses into Namibia and travels
east along the Caprivi Strip to Katima Mulilo where the expedition enters Zambia on a ferry. The convoy then
proceeds along the Zambezi River to Sitoti where all vehicles again cross the river by ferry. From Sitoti the
convoy proceeds to the Kafue Game Reserve via Mongu. After 3 to 4 days of viewing game in the Kafue Game Reserve,
Victoria Falls will be visited where various activities such as white water rafting, Budgie jumping, helicopter
rides, etc. can be arranged. The convoy proceeds back to Nata, Botswana where the expedition ends. The Kafue
Expedition is spent mostly in very remote areas in Zambia and self-sufficiency will be the rule.
