INDEMNITY CLAUSE
Unit Solutions International, its Members, agents, employees, representatives or any other person related to the activities of Unit Solutions International, will in no manner whatsoever be responsible for or be held liable for any loss or injury of whatsoever nature, whether personal or not, and whether caused by act or omission, incurred by any person for the duration of the period in question, including but not limited to any loss or injury sustained while in transit or on tours. Specifically, indemnity is extended to include loss or injury sustained while entering restricted areas or tampering with any and all equipment on the site, including but not limited to the electric fencing.
